There is no such a cluture to develop individual talents. There is no hike in salaries . Don't move with bond . Some time you have to serve youself water and needy

There is no job security, they not given salary time to time (once in 3 months) there is a lot of politics and feelings ,the management doesn't address our issues

Here is main problem is for salary. Also local filling issue, because it's a Telangana state company. So, this is the main issue.
