It's a college and so anyone would expect it to teach, motivate students to achieve more, guide them when facing any difficulties and much more since it's under pune university. But you'd be hard pressed to find that the college is only focused on finding some talented students and blowing the trumpet on the efforts these students take and succeed (as there own work).
