Colleague are supporting but higher management are not and zero job security ...non of job is secure here they will fire you after 7% conversion in substance and director is not aware about this

Vihang group has a company is good but the people working here is a main issue. The company and director does everything for the sales team he never said no from his side if I prefer the company perspective is great place to work. HR department is very supportive I must say. Incentive structure is good.

Dislikes

The people working here Mainly the Leaders over are here a main issue. Once the old leaders are wiped here from the company and when new leaders will come then only the change can happen. Gossiping is everywhere but in vihang the main gossiping master is TL and then the Head ask who does the gossiping it’s he’s own leaders. Who gossip about each other and come and say to there team members. Vihang is a great company but the people is an issue. Based on favouritism the award function and appraisal is decided. The employee who’s left and right of TL gets an award of best sales manager . Every time the parameter of the company changes which creates a chaos among the team members . Company should grow in the terms of fulfilling commitment with cp and customers.
