The company is innovation and adopts latest technology in telecom sectors I am working as Assist Finance Manager at Bihar Circle. Good working platform of Vihaan Networks Ltd. Senior employees are cooperative along with team members are also associates with work. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural back grounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employees cooperation and behavior.

Compensation is decent. also there is no on job training for freshers,

its the worst company to work with. The employees are the worst with crippled management and internal politics with never implementable company policies.

no training, if u do want to waste ur career with low package u r welcomed here.

Just one thing, that I got salary every month just this else nothing good in this company

horrible work environment, too much politics, If you have source or you have relation with customer or someone in higher management you can do wherever you want, you will get good increment out of company policies, no matter you work or not else less increment.

... adapt and learn new technologies.Managers and colleagues are very helpful here.Main disadvantage is that you don't get a handsome salary as well as there are limited projects.

Good work environment and culture. Free to work as per own ideas and no restriction on working in a particular domain only. Learning is fast and teammates and managers are very cooperative.

In normal situations everything is fine but in COVID time there is no hike provided but also the lay off is also not there.
