Worst salary structure and no respect for faculties

Dislikes

Salary issues. They do not follow what they discussed you for the salary before joining and once you joined the university, they force you to join for less salary by telling lot of stories. Strong recommending to not join this university.they even call on many Sundays too for work.

This is a Vignan University in Vadlamudi, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. It is very good opportunity for me, because what I learn in that subjects(i.e.,BCI and C-language), by using that I can teach them and learn more from them also. Because in teaching time I thought lot of examples for how to they(students) understand by me that subjects. I did this one is in my study time in my college. I thought it is very helpful for my education.

Every day you will regret because work load will be heavy and they treat the teachers not like teachers straight away they will tell you in meeting we are paying for a day so you should work what ever we say......the day when I worked no peace even single day..if you want to trail hell please join in that institute

LOT OF INNER POLITICS, VERY MINIMUM LEAVES FOR FACULTIES EVEN IN SUNDAYS WE NEED TO WORK, NO RELAXATION FOR FACULTIES, LOT OF WORKS WAS DUMPED AT SAME TIME AND WANT TO COMPLETE THE WORK WITH LESS TIME.
