Everything.. No Work-Life Balance You work a minimum of 12 hours every day The sales team does not understand requirements and estimates low to get the project and in turn, puts pressure on resources to deliver PMs are just paper pushers without any knowledge of what the project is about technically, they just ask you for status without understanding the challenges. People in the higher-ups are more interested in their bonuses and vacations rather than employee health/satisfaction Certain Managers expect you to work even after you quit the company

Toxic work culture, employees are thrown under the bus assigning to a lot of multiple projects which leads to practically no work life balance and your efforts are under appreciated to the core

I thought it is process and policies driven company, but it is very worst company which I have seen. There is no transparency wth the leadership and employee.

Ethical less company Worst in interaction Onshore staff are very skeptical and rude. Worst director which I ever interacted for automation wing. No trust on employees and the work.

They are Vigilant in Firing exp and freshers without informing. Managers want you to work even after you left the company and even after you die. Especially PM Raj is too worst and fires who he dislikes the most

Good projects, latest technologies and constant learning. Good Team.

Dislikes

Work life balance: You be in any shift, still are expected to be available for all client & internal meetings. Less number of resources available compared to the number of projects in a managed services-based 24/7 support structure. Which in a way effect liberty to avail leaves and let go many public holidays. Although comp-offs are added, scope to avail them is very less and gets laps over time.
