I have not worked here but it was asking for it so filled it had my interview today for Team Lead I have total experience of 2 years and Srinivas didn't even ask me basics of TL they started with claim form and denials and later I received call from HR Seenu that I'm Short listed but for team coach please consider this offer as we are doing a big favour of permanent WFH!!! Because you didn't answer questions as per the TL level did you guys in the first place asked me questions about it? Or the company is that backward that they don't know what's shrinkage and attrition and how they calculate MTD etc? Pathetic rude behaviour of HR not recommended if any one is trying here

The worst company I have seen ever, No job security,no proper management very rude behaviour HR,and managers also not aware the terms ,and how to behave with employees they don't know. Very bad experience

nothing other than it's a work from home, I was just attend the second round of interview today, The behaviour of the HR seenu is very rude.

In start I was very with the work culture but after few days when I completed my probation period then due to company management pressure it was getting worst. First they will use like asset and later on when you work is done they will treat you like anything. Also HR team won't help you for all these things because they know at the end they have to work with management. My process name was becon and TL name is Shrinivas Talikoti. So just a recommendation from my end that don't go in dental process or else they will take you in becon process and for all other process I don't know much.

Favouriteism, politics, meaning less meeting to torture us and even quality team is do what ever operations need. They won't listen our side and at the end we have to face PIP if we won't do like they want...

Worst team support in CRC and QA person he's name is muzammil qureshi he marked us incorrect error in certification and HR rakhi chawla is not supportive at all and not ready to listen our concern, This leads to our separation and this is very unfair decision
