Nothing because of bad policies. They don't even follow their own policies. Always absorbs money from employee's salary. Worst politics in the whole team. Always asking employees to bed for their own money.

...for anyone. Please don't join this company. It will break your trust for sure. Salary cycle is very late and pays salary after 20th of month. It's been a year they don't have paid for earned leaves.

Worst place to work with. Bad politics and bad management here. They have not even provided salary to their employees. Kept their employees on hold and not even given their worth salary. Too much politics in science section by their marketing ppl. Suggested not to go for it. Coz there is no growth.

What not to dislike this place has hr which doesn't even records your attendance asks you to submit it. With proof of ur presence. The management will always try to pull u down. Making u know where u stand n you are never gonna get any position higher. There is no career growth.

There is nothing to like about them This company is worst. Lack of professionalism. All the upper management tries to harras you and tortures alot. They are very greedy in terms of money.

...lance. The upper management treats everyone as a trash and abuses the employees. Salary is not given on time. HR department people will never help you as they are puppets of the owner and his wife. Lack of communication with staff.

...urture their employees. They also provide ample opportunities to learn and grow. Management has been supportive and understanding through these testing times; making no pay cuts or lay-offs.

No career growth, appraisal is done or not cant understand no major changes is seen in salary,you dont have any personal life when you are here.
