Nothing to like, not even salary! You will be ashamed to see quoted six digit figure annually is actually half or quarter amount paid monthly. They expect WFH to be available full day working be it for the test or subject course and be available online. They dont like North Indians and think North Indians education is of low valued system.

Dislikes

Being an IITian capsule company, management thinks tutors should know all the subjects, give wrong subjects to prepare in subject orientation and push you for sales conversion. There sales conversion is through tutor, any academic tutor enrolled in their platform should be a good critic listeners, because they are good in creating negative work environment and keeps on bashing you! worst working environment and no North INDIAN should work here as they criticize openly North Indian CBSE or DU education system.

...nternet issue on the student's or teacher's side, it is not the fault of anyone. But you may have to face loss of pay. There is no job security. You can't resign before the contract ends. If you resign before that, you have to pay a huge amount of money, but they can terminate you anytime. And in the latter case, you won't be given any supplementary payment. There are much better places to work. I don't recommend this company.

They pay the monthly salary on the 15th of next month, that way you are in a loop of never leaving the job. Infact when you give notice they will withhold your previous salary and never give you back. There is no way you can take it also. Vidyalai is suppose to pay me around 25k. Till date they haven't. It's a scam.

...id. Another day I worked for a half day but they deducted my full day's payment. Now they have terminated me and did not paid the whole last month's salary despite of returning all the company-issued belongings in perfect condition. They told they would pay the salary after I return the belongings and also they would pay for the postage. But they never keep their words. The employers of this company are not trustworthy and this company is not worth your time and dedication. My advice is don't join this company, there is no future here. This review is totally based on my experience and entirely true.

Work timings are flexible. About 5-8 teaching hours a day. It is also work from home, so you will have free time. You'll get tons of exposure to different international boards. It is also challenging and intellectually demanding, as the conceptual understanding required is way more than what is required for CBSE. You'll need to understand the subject, as well as how to apply the knowledge in real life contexts. Some might find it to be a bit of a challenge, but I liked it a lot. Also your soft skills (especially communication skills) will also get a boost, as you would be interacting with students all over the globe. Leaves are also flexible, but you won't have many leaves initially.

Dislikes

You'll find tough going initially as the competency demanded of you is high. They provide a subject knowledge training initially, but you'll have to figure out how to apply it in context by yourself.
