Vidya Online Services Pune Pvt Ltd is Fraud Company & not suitable for working .. Salary is not given on time & all procedure is fake.. not safe for girls . Demanding money for job also took half salary from employee in there regularly monthly payment.. Staff is not good MD, HR & All Staff behaviour is not good.. It's fake company.. I am requesting kindly black list this company in reputed company list.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No Management level. Everyone is manager. If you are working onsite projects then there is salary issue. No proper increment. They changes policy as per their issues and profits. No travelling allowance.

Dislikes

No canteen and since we have holidays for all festival so we get only 1 holida of our own will. It would have been better if we got 2 holidays per month and 5-7 festival holidays
