The colleagues were good. The senior coordinator, Deexha Gusain, is the only one in the management who helps a bit in the personal growth of the teachers and cares about the teachers in general.

Dislikes

... for the school. There is no work-life balance and the compensation is so poor. They want you to work 24*7 for them but would not pay you for that. On top of everything, they would choose to humiliate the teachers in every way possible. There is no chance of personal growth and this place is toxic to the utmost level. There is no upside to working here. They are exploiting people who are desperate for employment. The staff replaces every few months. The senior staff is just obnoxious to the utmost level. I would never recommend anyone to work here.

Management is beyond my understanding. They really don't bother what is going on in school. After showing the transparent faces of their staff. They don't even bother n take strict action. Really very bad experience I ever ever had.

I have never seen such unprofessional ppl they call you and start taking written test and demo without any intimation. And questions are so random nobody is google to keep everything in mind forever .

I like this school in every way because my overall experience with Vidya Bal Bhawan is extremely good and satisfying as I leant so much from this Organization. Management and colleagues were very supportive and helpful. They are real people with real personalities. I am feeling blessed and happy as I was the part of Vidya Bal Bhawan.
