1)CMD ,Directors , CFO , CEO don't have ethics employee and franchisee all are cheated 2) Modusoperandi is hire and fire , use and throw and do allegation and instruct to drop papers so all goes seamless 3) CMD and director is fool and they work on strategies which are failed in the past and do the same thing done in the past and expect to succeed and when fail allegation goes on guys following as per their instructions 4) Financials are poor of the company as not adding any value to franchisee business

Likes

Teammates are cooperative, upper management is ignorant and arrogant, hard work is not appreciated and appraisals are non existent, normally staff is treated very badly and never appreciated for hard work.

Dislikes

job security is non existent, anybody doing the right thing if protests is fired, innovation is ridiculed without reason, work environment is unsupportive.
