Vvfgc provide opportunity to work in their institution even for freshers who possess potentiality to inculcate right knowledge to the students. Some colleagues were really kind and helpful. And college is pretty near by to all the students and faculty.

Dislikes

...he mistakes but appreciates the people whom they want irrespective of work done. And when it comes to compensation, I'm not really satisfied, but recently heard the news that management has taken the step to hike salary for faculties. And people at Managerial position should know how to speak with faculty in front of students. Scolding faculty in front of students not only keep faculty's reputation at stake but also institution's. Apart from this I didn't had any problem when I was working there.
