They don't care about factory act.. Labor law I am joined there and shocked why this company not shut yet.. Director is very much dirty minded person it's most horrible side in all over valsad...

Don't care about government rules and regulations and that much of mess situation are created for employees.. Director is running scams to destroy career of employees..

...oyees and work assigned to employees other than his/her designation is provided. They treat there employees very bad and force them to work overtime and does not even provide any salary of it or benefits

...loyees also joined and his fired all of then in week and still not given salary. They don't have money they don't even pay to there vendors. Director are uneducated and behaving very degrade with who join to there company. Remain employees who work there are relatives only. It's gala not company.

They hired employees by sending them offer letter with big ctc but they don't have money to pay employees and fired them in week work then other employee taking and fired him in net 2-3 weeks. They are plan like they have work on month collected and don't pay employees even after fired. So don't join kind of unethical organization to mess your career.

Worst management, they will make you work and they will kick you out without salary, don't go there. Otherwise you will finished through their behaviour

Company ka kaam acha hota hai aur team ka support bhi bohot accha hai. Management supportive hai, aur kaam ka environment positive hai. Company apne employees ki growth par bhi focus karti hai. Overall, ek achi jagah hai kaam karne ke liye.
