My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...dy left this company in may 2019. I don't know about support in covid lock down. But I left this company due salary issues. and below substandard quality material.

Dislikes

Very unprofessional work culture. and unprofessional market culture. No body is really interested to work here seriously due to lack of support here. No gratutity benefits. No PF no professional tax deduction. No insurance cover to employees. and no full and final settlement of most of employees who leave including mine. Most employees get offer letter. But most of them after one year don't even get joining letter. If they leave within one year. They face problems with other organisations regarding their joining letter as company is is no mood to give.
