The worst work experience I had gained. There is no job security, your salary is also not given on time, it takes around 2-3 months to get your salary. Also they keep a security of your first month salary which they never give back. They get you signed a bond but donot give any copy of the terms and conditions. Even after my relieving I was not given salary of my last 3 months including security. ALso the work timings are not as per the standards of CBSE laid guidelines. They open up fake bank accounts to show that salary is being given as per the pay scale of the government norms,but they only pay cash which is very low and donot let access to the bank account

Vidhan is a good school for learning or develop skill I have learn more new things in this school infrastructure is also good management is good and cooperative but I have to show my skill in another place and my personal issues

Everything is messed up at this place. speciall the director and his wife they both are uneducated & they are running education institute school, what a irony. they cut salaries of months of teacher and have very bad treatment.
