A small group of senior Employees with 13 to 14 years of experience dominates through internal politics creating an environment that discourages innovation and inclusivity . without major reforms in leadership mindset communication and workplace ethics the company will struggle with high attention and low employee moral to foster long term success it must build a fair transparent and growth oriented culture where both senior and new employees can contribute effectively

The company operates under a toxic work culture characterized by excessive Micromanagement which significantly impact both employee moral and organisational growth there is a noticeable lack of ethical leadership transparency and clear communication making it difficult for employee to thrive in a supportive invitement despite year of operation the company has shown minimal improvement in its policy and work culture one of the key issues is the long standing presense of employees who have been working in the company for over a decade without any substantial changes in their roles or contributions this results in a regid work structure where new employees find it difficult to adapt many of them leave within 5 to 6 months after releasing that the work work environment does not support fresh perspectives or professional growth further more the company appear to prioritize a specific group of employees while neglecting Inclusivity and opportunities for new hires this selective approach creates an unhealthy work atmosphere where innovation is the stifled and progress is hindred the existing employees maintain their positions without contributing to the company's evolution which prevent the organisation from strengthening its workforce or archiving sustainable growth,the stand up culture within the company reinforces stagnation rather than driving long term success a small group of senior Employees with 12 to 14 years of experience domaintes the work place through internal politics further hindering growth and Inclusivity without significate changes in leadership and ethics the company will continue to face high attraction and employee dissatisfaction to improve it must foster a transparent balanced and supportive environment where both experienced and new employees contribute meaningfully.
