Company offers good salary package but the sales territory which you were responsible to handle will be huge hence you will be responsible for doing work for 2 sales persons. Average running Km per month will be approximately 2500. All documentation work life Salesforce Updation, Proposals, Techno-Commercial comparison etc you have to do in your personal time. Mental torture for generating business, your manager treats like fresher and daily you have to report morning and evening on call, on Salesforce. No skill development, even during last one year no physical interaction with any one from headoffice, no curricular activities, no motivation only and only business that's it. No personal life left even you may have to work more than 10-12 hours on daily basis.

Post covid management has become rigid and dictatorships like No vertical growth Unsupportive management Poor account management structure Heavy head count, high overhead cost Illogical pressure on non productive work No engagement from the leaders other than conference event High time to be spent in reporting and sfdc updation after field visit, poor work life balance

The company is very good to work & grow with. The overall environment is very good. Salary/benefits are as per MNC standards, people believe in team work and give less importance to politics & groupism.

For me, co-workers and company rules are good. Management is best according to me. But job security is little disappoint to me. Work places and daily works are give me an extra knowledge.

Only one disappoint to me is salary increasing. There is no salary increment to me in those 3 years. This thing is only not acceptable to me.
