Worst company in this world No management They have not given ma salary and tour bill of 1.07 lakhs I will never recommend any one to work for this company Videocon is my worst working experience in my career.

The working staff is very good and supporting in nature but higher management is very poor. My experience about higher management is very bad

I have recieve my joining letter after three months of my joining. They refuse to give me salary of three monts by telling that you are not recruited by IRB.

Its worst company I have ever seen, no salary release from jan 19 to Apr19, no increment from last two year, no job security, any time management can ask you to put down the Resignation.. No ethics follow by organisation.. Even not sibmit the PF to PF department..

The company is little open to innovation and little scope for an individual to present his skill. Totally unorganized way of working. Lack of clarity about the work assigned. Do as directed philosophy, no scope for individuals skill.

Compensation is average. Work pressure sudden gets high due to unorganised style of working. Sometimes too much work and most of the time very little. Managers don't value an individual because do as directed philosophy. No appreciation for your outstanding performance.
