Videocon was a place where you had flexibility in all aspects it is an employee or a trader it was a value for money brand but after the company went into NCLT it was a very bad experience for the employees who had spent time with the company so long their future was miserable

Dislikes

Owners interrupted down the line & some wrong people given powers by the owners which took unprofessional decisions which sometimes proved blunders

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
