VIPL is a fraudulent company. During the interview, they create a fairy tale scenario to trap you in a VIPL jail. They will tell you they have govt projects, that you will gain exposure to these projects, and that they will help you grow in your career. They claim to support each other at work and offer 20 days of leave.

...ployees. 11.Salaries are not paid on time. 12.They have a timesheet culture. 13.If you do not submit your daily report, money will be deducted from your salary. 14.They also deduct salary for late arrivals, if you forget to mark your attendance or exit, that day will be counted as a half day. 15.All Saturdays are working days. 16.Once again different rules apply, some employees don't show up on saturday's while the VP claims they are working from home. 17.The office environment is full of politics. 18.Employees typically stay for only 1-3 months. 19. The culture is not good. 20.The VP only listens to his favourite people. even when they are wrong.

Nothing good about the company. No privacy. Now they have installed tracker on your personal phone as well. Need to work on sat and sunday also. And shantanu ugemuge dont know anything . When he doesnt have answer he only says "chacha(prashant ugemuge) said it " Chacha ,chacha chacha . Thats all he does.

Everything. Downt even join this company. They are in dire need of Project managers but once you join you will know the truth.

Learned new skills nd develop computer knowledge, good to know how to contact or react to the customer.

Dislikes

Company don't gave any kind of support to there employees, even they don't gave drinking water to them. Employee need to carry there own water or else buy from outside the office

There is nothing which you like to work here.. All i can say don't go there.. They don't have manners on how to behave with their employees

Everything was worst there.. No proper management, no manners, they done care about their employees. Waste of time Also only 7 sick leaves apart from that there is no leave and they hide this thing from employees before hiring. Sometime you have to work on Sundays too if there is a meeting..worst and pathetic

If you're a good learner in rapid changing environment then company will definitely recognise your worth and will give you many chances to grow and learn new things about business.
