...loyees jobs are not secured. They can fire u any time without any proper reason. I worked in this organization for 1year6months but was not getting any proper salary hike. I left and had taken my own stand then also the management was torturing me. Only Robin Sir have kind heart. Saarda Ghost is one of the worst Lady I had ever seen in my life. Her way of talking is so bad One can't even imagine. They only make people fool and emotionally torcher you. Please never join this kind of organizations and never admit your kids here it's my humble request.

This school is delaying salary by month , its 27th till now and May month salary is not given and foolish reason they are giving that third party issue. Do they think ppl are stupid, what third party or bank has do anything with it. They are processing salary inhouse only. Everything, all money they spend on self and account department is failure still management is saving them cause…..,,, Poor teachers are suffering. All HOD is given salary. All nonsense

The school's infrastructure is impressive. The organization embraces diversity of all cultures and religions while hiring. Special subject teachers are invited to actively discuss new ideas, share experiences and work collaboratively among the teaching faculty.

Dislikes

...everything. They look down upon the staff members in the cafeteria and janitors. The salary is disappointing and moreover, receiving hard earned money late is just disheartening.

Absolutely no security at all. Your contract can be terminated without any notice period. Unhealthy culture and work environment with superiors and older staff who are absolutely unprofessional, and have risen in position only through servility.

Dislikes

It is a challenge to write something good about this place. People who you work with are absolutely ill-informed about the IB pedagogy, have poor communication skills and believe in hoodwinking people by throwing in "IB terms" which they do not understand fully. It is recommended that they practice what they preach (so hopelessly!) I have had to "dilute" my plans to make up for their inadequate knowledge. The Principal has a special talent! She enjoys sadistic pleasure in humiliating people (publicly) for the slightest mistake. She is encouraged to become more human and not hide behind her "fake degrees" - (she seems overqualified on paper, yet is completely the opposite in person!) Hence, for someone like me, to tolerate this person and the others in an environment that does little to encourage growth is indeed a suffocating experience and a degradation of one's skills which is quite a challenge to bear.

Student-teacher interaction is good as parents are also supportive of teachers. Teachers get two weekends off (saturday/sunday) Location is convenient and easy to reach.

Dislikes

...uld be asked to leave suddenly without proper intimation for no apparent reason. They also have a habit of denying hard-earned summer salary through this process. They lure teachers by advertising high pay scales but actually as an IB school they pay the poorest. It is very obvious that there is always a requirement in this school due to their continuous advertising - this is because they have a hire and fire policy.
