if you are a B tech graduate(fresher) then this company is not for you. You will get your salary in cash like a daily labour. There will no proof of your employment. They will say , Now you are in company off role, After one year they will will make you on role but not such agreement they going to do. So you can't complain them if they won't make you permanent.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is high. I m on cotract base so no value of me i work with iti or 10yh pass person. They learn me. When i Think about my study there i fell my level is very low

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
