Every functional head wants to play his own game. Surprisingly the top in topest boss also wants keep his own spoon feeders at top level irrespective of his skills, and qualifications. No need to use your own mind, just shake your head to elevate your career. No valve for skill and efficiency. And work to life balance is very bad some times terrible. They dont want give any weightage for supporting staff especially for non technical staff.

The HR policies are good and very punctual. Quality of training programmes are superior.

Dislikes

They won't take up any ideas from any of the employees other than top management, and hence no opportunities for employees to explore and achieve.
