One of the notable downsides is the absence of regular team meetings, which limits opportunities for collaboration and open communication. There are also no structured review meetings, which can make it difficult to receive constructive feedback or track progress on projects effectively. Employee appreciation appears to be lacking as well, which may impact morale and motivation, as recognition of individual and team efforts is an essential part of job satisfaction and professional growth.

Vibrant info provides wide range of opportunities to explore new technology and allows you to implement it. Teammates are so friendly to work with. Everyone learns from each other. There is no any such strict policy but restricted with discipline. Gives more opportunities for freshers and gives on job training.

Dislikes

The work pressure is quite but not always, With limited resources, sometimes an individual has to work longer than expected time. but at the same time there are days with lot of time to learn instead of work.

Likes

Perfect company for those who want to learn and work on new and latest technologies. Very good work culture with really cordial colleagues. Salary appraisal in every 6 months and even early based on work efficiency of the individual. Though my work span was short there but i had a good experience. Apt company for rapid career growth.
