No bonus. No mediclaim benefits for family. No job security, they will throw you anytime. Strict appraisals. Lala company work culture. Communalism - team working/discussions is not for kanda lasun eating people (if you understand). Working here is just like working for stupid non educated bosses who are associated with owners family for 20-25 years with 0 knowledge or education just sitting at higer levels (not so imandari se).

Dislikes

Micro Management, Job stability as they hire and remove people within a year, director of sports is a pathetic and biased person. No work satisfaction as your work will be handed over to others for recognition, the only skill that you will develop is of curiosity of what will happen next.

Likes

It is a lovely profession to teach students and see their delighted faces once they understand concepts. It is also a good place for work-life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is less. It is possible to afford better increments, and the longer you work, the better increments should be given. Newbies getting paid higher does not seem reasonable. The teachers who have been there for years and years are not getting that salary. This is disappointing about this school. Student's fees are also quite high. Thus it is very much possible to pay teachers more.

Likes

It's a nice and fun environment to work at. Good to have on your CV. They have a lot of events and workshops. Has excellent curriculum and a lot of focus is given on children's overall development.

Dislikes

Appraisals. They should pay teachers more especially due to the heavy workload. They have meetings weekly which happen after school hours. They have too many observations. Students lack discipline and the school hardly takes any measures to correct them.

Dislikes

Managment does not believe in retaining there employees there are treated like resource and not human. They believe themselves to be process driven but does not use it when required . Learning and development team is pathetic they give useless training .
