It's a nice and fun environment to work at. Good to have on your CV. They have a lot of events and workshops. Has excellent curriculum and a lot of focus is given on children's overall development.

Dislikes

Appraisals. They should pay teachers more especially due to the heavy workload. They have meetings weekly which happen after school hours. They have too many observations. Students lack discipline and the school hardly takes any measures to correct them.

Actually ..you can learn alot here as the fellow teachers are very educated ..Good thing is salary comes on time and no interference of management..

Dislikes

You can not do anything innovative here..they will just bound you with their own kind of work..you will just have to follow whether its not correct.. secondly the burdon is too much they will disturb you at any time ...and no space for mistake here..

No job security. You don't get choice to teach the subject as per your subject expertise. Very much work load. They don't see your work, they see only your standard of living.

... told us to come there even a single time since 5 months.Good work environment. Salary hike is regular every year.

No salary hike during this pandemic, cut offs during this difficult times, increase of working hours., lot of politics .

Great team and ample support provided for fresher. Good pay structure

At times felt that seniors were too biased and judgemental before even they gave a chance to prove yourself, sine you were a fresher.
