So many fake promises are made at the time of hiring. Incentive is zero, on the basis of which the basic salary is reduced by the management. I personally waited for two years to receive the incentive but the management is too smart in gross cutting and saving the money to come in line light. Hope they improve the professional environment and improve the job satisfaction level as it will be good in competing in today's competitive world.

To much office politics. The company don’t care about your growth or anything they don’t ever care about their own growth. They are just passing their time and wasting employee’s time. Worst management.

I like to work in vibes health care because I had a wonderful team who all had very good understanding and excellent work environment

Dislike is when they feel she is efficient for sale and handling many things they made me to do without increasing salary

I have learnt much in Vibes communication. Basically it's an agency and in an agency skills grow very fast and learn in daily basis new thinks. So i suggest to start career with working in an any agency. This is my experience.

Work is much, but overall environment is good.
