It is a generic company. I have joined here after completing postdoc in USA. It has offered me good position but involved me in bench work with low salary. It makes me unsatisfied.

Dislikes

Policy regarding contract employees. Its very discriminatory. No benefits. Salary not given on time. Salary given between 1st and 7th day of the month. No health insurance. Only one sick leave per month. No other paid leaves. Work wise, it was made sure you're a contract employee. No skill development and learnings. No job security. HR says that employee will be absorbed into company after 1 year contract work. But after 1 year you will be informed that there are no open positions and yet they hire other people again.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supported.Company policies are good and give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics.Salary decent but career growth is slow.And there is bond of 6.5years with Mylan.I leaved housing loan subsidy because of my career and in 6.5years only one promotion I handle in all instruments like HPLC,gc and wet analysis also but no value.And any good opportunity in Mylan then will come for future.

Mylan is balancing the work to maintain and sustain in this situation. We have to work for 14 hrs in night shifts. After night shift is too difficult when one off day is giving.
