Policy regarding contract employees. Its very discriminatory. No benefits. Salary not given on time. Salary given between 1st and 7th day of the month. No health insurance. Only one sick leave per month. No other paid leaves. Work wise, it was made sure you're a contract employee. No skill development and learnings. No job security. HR says that employee will be absorbed into company after 1 year contract work. But after 1 year you will be informed that there are no open positions and yet they hire other people again.

Good work environment and good hike salary, personal benifits was exlent ang improvement of working Knowledge.

No Job sequrity but it's depends on your working behaviour and pay of attention on your work otherwise no problem

Good work environment&culture teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent . Company policies are very good

There's a not politics in management but address our issues salary is better so New joining employee salary very good .but career growth us slow

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Mylan is balancing the work to maintain and sustain in this situation. We have to work for 14 hrs in night shifts. After night shift is too difficult when one off day is giving.
