At times, the workload can be demanding, and maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life can be difficult. Occasionally, there may be the need to stretch your hours and work over the weekends, especially when deadlines are tight.

The culture to help us grow is good. They have multiple projects which I am getting to work on that helps to grow personally. The top management is good and approachable. Flexible work timings. Manager is supportive.

Some times have work pressure based on client requirement
