Dislikes

It would be great if there were more recognition programs to celebrate employees’ contributions and achievements. At times, the workload can feel overwhelming, which makes it harder to maintain work-life balance.

The culture to help us grow is good. They have multiple projects which I am getting to work on that helps to grow personally. The top management is good and approachable. Flexible work timings. Manager is supportive.

Viaplus overall providing good benifits to employees. 1. kids daycare 2. Healthy fruits at office 3. Providing shuttle service from metro to office. 4. Providing 50% parental insurance.

Work Environment,company policies makes good.

Dislikes

Strict Company Timing,stressed work and there is no support. Once task given doesn't matter is completed are not, they're giving another one.there is no proper guidance.
