HR policies are little bit confusing but overall its nice organization to work with.

Vianaar is the best place of work only because of owners only.

Only some senior Employees are jurk. If they would leave the complete Vianaar can grow faster. These people are like termite for the company.

People around here are really good. Few reporting managers are really nice..

Dislikes

If you get a bad manager then your done in this company, bad managers means life hell at vianaar, the manager will get good apraisal but not you as junior. Some reporting mangers don't know how to operate a department. Growth wise it's not a good company, but if you are looking for stability then it's fine.

Everything was excellent like working environment,company policies, skill development,work satisfaction work life balance,promotions & appraisals etc.

Dislikes

Job not security due to concern HOD (His rude behaviour, biased nature & unprofessional way of talking etc.). HOD I just want to suggest. HOD has given to much rights that he can fire any one & he can hire anyone because of his monopoly. I would just like to advise that HR & higher management should listen to the employees as well as boss so that the junior employees het job security. Company should not be so dependent on single one so that he miss uses of his rights .

Working with Vianaar is like wasting your technical skills and experience.it is not ne man show.No power, no decision.No quality.

Working as Senior Project manager,has no meaning because there is no any authority or power,or any decision making.
