Nothing simply nothing. Only if you survive one year then there is a chance to promote. Mostly applicable for girls chatu.

Everything. 1. No perticular date for salary. 2. If you join as a support executive then ready to do 12 hours shift per day. Which is included after completing office hours you have to do 1-2 hours WFH as they will provide laptop for this. 3. Seniors are toxic although male seniors are t h a r k i. 4. No work life balance. If you try to complete your work & try to leave office post complete your shift, they'll start humiliate you as they don't have life left to leave. 5. On your off day like Sunday, you have to work from home complete day as well as if you take leave, you have to support from your location. No matter it's a holiday leave or medical leave. I HOPE IT'S ENOUGH TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANISATION. REST ON YOUR SHOULDER.

...kata Pe Nhi Hain..Yehan Youngster Logo Ka Mazuburi Ka Faiyda Uthaya Jata Hain.. 1st- Salary Hold Kr Deta Hain Kisi Bhi Reasons se. 2nd- App Ager Off lete ho toh apka Salary Double Deduction Hoga. 3rd- Yahan Ka Higer Manager & HR Chitingbaaz Hain. 4th - Apko Yeah kohi bhi Leave aur Offer Latter Nhi Dega Starting Pe HR.. 5th - HR Soma Patietic Women In This Company. 6th- Apko Starting Pe Jo amount Comit kiya jayega Woh Amount Apko Kabhi Nhi Dega.. 7th- Apko HR Ayus Bolega Max 6.30 PM Office Time Exit Hain But Per day apko stretch Kryage Company. 8th- Salary Date Apko 7 to 10 Bolega But Apko 12th per month milega.. 9th -Apko Jo Salary Bolega HR woh Kabhi apko nhi Milega..Per Month Apka Salary Kuch Deduction hoke Ayega.. Youngster Bhai LOG apko isliye Yeh Jankari De Raha Hu ki Apko Aise Jali Company Se Bach Paho.. Kolkata pe Aur aisa Company nhi Hain jo aisa krta hain.. ...leaders are too bad always use slung language and behaviour.very cheap company . they not provide me 1 month salary.while I gave resignation letter.i leave this company 8 month before but they don't providing my salary at now.i also mail to the hr , seniors sir madam .I requisted to them ,but they don't responded anything .

There is nothing to like anything in VGM. It's a PAN India based 3rd party services provider for Collection and Recovery. Deducting salaries of lower employees of tele calling and field on non performance. Any time they can put their senior middle management on commission. Also at the time of separation they getting crying their ex employees for FNF.

Dislikes

... anything. Management is poor. They don't have structure or hierarchy in system. Pay packages are very poor, no increment in salary you have to work on the same salary you have joined for many years. No scope of learning good things.
