It's good company for starting your career. You get good pay. Sat & Sun days even Manager will not disturb you via call or massage. Parties and Picnic Programs regularly.

Company Culture is very bad. Senior Management doesn't care about their employees. Strict timings- You have to report at 7:30 AM and No timings for leaving office It goes upto 11:30 PM. They hire uneducated or unqualified peoples also. So you will not get a good surroundings of Learning.

Huge politics in management team.If you are oiling them then you are getting the promotion specifically in UK mission Kolkata location. If you were did a small mistake they would deducted a lump sum amount from your incentive. If you are did any good job.you will get few good adjectives words from senior nothings else. After 5 years of work in your farewell they will give you one photo frame which cost 120 rupees. Working hours more than 12hrs.

Actually i had worked in this fraud company. They haven't provided me any salary if i ask my salary they are abusing me .work life balance is horrible. The hr don't have any manners. They said if i sever my notice period i wil get my salary it's been more thn 60 days i didn't get my salary if i ask them they r telling i won't get salary. Hopeless company i deeply hurted and regret and i m suffering.
