When I was working there salary was relatively less. Now they have increased CTC so now even that is not a problem. I would like to work with vfs again.

There are lots of thing like the seniors behavior they promise lots of things but u will get only the 10 % of that things overtime only in season time and remaining year u have to wait till the work end but u r not receiving any overtime pay and if ur clearess is pending then no incentives and overtime pay you gone get

It has a very good and balanced work culture. All the collegues are very friendly and co operative there is always support and guidance from the superiors. The work is been carried on smoothly and softly.

The only issue is with the saraly is on time but there is deduction or less salary every month.

As fresher VFS is the best place for startup your carrier if you're from tourism background, their is multitasking work like your taking visa applications on counter and doing back end process, making reports in exel. Happiest thing is in VFS fix Saturday and Sunday off.
