MD & CEO Mr Kuldip Maity is a very enthusiastic and excellent human being. Initially, the work culture is excellent and career opportunities are also very good for mid-level employees. Few of the HODs and senior management are very supportive and the management is always with the employees when they have any personal issues. The organization also rewards the employees for their good work and always creates a good career path.

There is a demonstrable lack of familiarity with the core aspects of the department's sector for some newly joined HODs. They also have shown little to no interest in acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively lead the departments. Engaging in gossip creates a negative and unprofessional work environment. They are creating a hostile work environment through negativity and putting down good employees which leads to decreased morale and ultimately employee turnover.

Every decissioning is enthroned on the COO who takes lot of time to give his decision whether positive or declined. There are instances where such decision go wrong due to the delay. COO being from none MFI background does hardly understand the essence of certain decisions taken so at times declines. Promoter needs increased involvement in daily working of the company so that COO's biased decision can at times be reaccessed for validity.
