Poltics, growth, salary, misleading salary information. They are showing a salary and giving a different salary. Horrible work life balance. They are hiring people in local standards no need of any talent if you are a local guy you will get benefitted.

Better work life balance with continuous learning. Communication from Top management on company goals, financial figures everything well communicated.

Dislikes

Giving very min salary hike for those who promoted / switch internal transfer. Not even trying to meet min salary requirement.

Employee friendly HR policies, flexibility, excellent lateral movment oppourtunities with hike, iPhone with sim provided, 2-way cab facility, excellent work culture, no micormanagement, encourgaes to take vacation.

Not the best in terms of Job security, layoffs every other year, annual bonus not part of CTC hence not always paid unless company reaches internal target of profitability

Salary and benefits are not on par with industrial standards. The salaries are way below if compared with any tech companies.
