Doesn't matter how much you are talented. Your career will be grown as lay man career grow there. I mean they should gives chance to go ahead according to their performance not on basic of how much you spent their time.

It's a product based company so increment is way too good. Each and every person is great here specially team leads, they don't have any ego, always ready to help. Manager on the hand is the most positive person I've ever met. He is the one who always has a plan and motivate others to have a plan before starting your day at office.

1. No cafeteria. 2. Some of their products are based on old technologies but they are moving their products to new technology like cloud so a great opportunity to learn cloud.

Seniors are very supportive and you can learn alot from them , they never refused to take any doubt at any time.

Dislikes

Management is very poor. Working Environment is not so good. Boring working culture. no celebration on any events.
