work culture team support customer centric services salary cut late pay Sunday working rotational raosters shoutings abusive culture Pay per conversion (mean if you're unable to catch your target in any month, they directly used to deduct the salary, without caring about freshers / interns / permanent employees.)

Company do not rely on their commitment very pathetic seniors.salary disbursement very bad.date will be b/w 5 to 10 but release by 19 to 20.they don't think about their employees.having hiring every month without any reason.give 10 days unpaid training without informing at the time of interview.

Worst company and there is very highly target for individual and it there is so much pressure from team leads and coming to salary it is given based on target done and very low and no cab facilities are provided and mainly no leaves are given for employees.. No weekend Holiday and strict timing in company Job security is really worst they can remove employee without any intimation and no PF and insurance will given from the organisation.

I would like to tell you about this verzeo that the company was started recently and it is having a very good friendly culture in the organisation. everyone in this company is young self-motivated like how to get industry experience, how to begin our career and all. overall I have had a very good experience with this company till now.

it's a very good company but your all experience depends on the manager like in my case I m so lucky that I meet Vikash sir who is really supportive and Sajan sir if you are planning to join try to contact them ask them for help any kind of help like a related sales pitch or personal problems

again I'm saying not everyone is like Sajan sir and Vikash sir soo if you are in another team I can't say anything but Sajan sir VP of sales so no matter from which team you belong if reach him definitely he will help you
