I have learned alot in the guidance of super experience creative people in the company, I have learned what is actually UX and UI designing all about. Hi This organisation is completely filled with toxic people & think twice before join. At the time of increments they suddenly change their policies. Worst company i have seen in my whole career. Also dont rely on their good reviews, those reviews are of their content writer team. Hr and management departments are more slow than a turtle. Leaves are not approved according to you even if you are not able to stand. Again think twice before join this company, its matter of your future

I started off my my career with this company. They gave me a chance to work in IT environment when I was from commerce. The best thing that happened to me was being able to directly interact with the senior most management people which help to grow, learn. The internal promotion program helped me from being a writer to a digital market and ultimately being a sales head in the company. They sometimes let you strive and not spoon-feed which helped to explore my wisdom in a very efficient way. The potential which I did not know I had, I got to know about the same here. Well I won't turn it flowery else you might feel this to be a scripted review, I have been here since 7+ years, completing my 8th in December, Not sure if you need any more proof of my satisfaction. Give it a try and I am sure you will not regret this decision about your career path with Verve Logic.

The only thing I would recommend them is to work towards more interactive activities between workforce. Though communication itself lack in Jaipur IT industry but if the company could strengthen itself and its employees on this, it would be cherry on the cake for the talents of the town & around.
