Impressive place to work. I have found good work culture in the company. I am learning new skills in the field of lead generation with the help of my managers. Every one is supportive. I won't change this company due to helping nature of my teammates and managers. The office place is secure, comfortable, safe with a good flexibility in the work shift timing.

Dislikes

So far only the office daily snacks distribution time if it could be changed not suddenly distributed just after having lunch.

The workplace is highly secure, safe, and comfortable under the SEZ Zone. The Job location is in the heart of the city where the commute is too easy, and the internal company policies, management, and working culture are highly professional, and a great place to work here. I have been witnessing the celebrations at all the festivals which gives good vibes and maintains positivity at the workplace.

The hybrid work model is the one, in place of hybrid if it gets changed to 5 days a week.

Higher management does not have any communication with the team. They do not have any system for feedback or appraisal. You can keep mailing the HR and management for months but they'll not bother to reply or even acknowledge the mail.

Top management, Hr department not responsible nothing on time only employee need to follow the time line but not Hr team, they are not organization do not know how to organize any event properly.

I had the privilege of working at Vertisystem in the last 3 years. and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. The company culture is welcoming and supportive, and the leadership team genuinely cares about their employees. I left Vertisystem with valuable skills and memories I will cherish for years.
