I like that I left this place.

... But whatever all my comments have been removed, idk by company or ambition box. But guys don't join this company, you all can have better salary, incentives and all other employee benefits in some other good reputated company. This company is a fraud one who loots money under your name. Bhaskar is one of the pigs, then comes all the team leads (chain pigs). My suggestion for VERTIC BPO is to go Ameerpet and learn something, so that you can display your certificates in your company for frauds.

Its an UK Process related to Legal aid bills receivable, We need to bill the files for Assessment. The work environment is good. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

No transportation, No outing, No Salary is decent but career growth is slow, lot of conditions which feels you are back to school.

Shit management, doesn't approve leaves, doesn't give hikes for the employees, unqualified people hold higher positions who doens't know how to speak English in an organisation, unprofessional, management will sack employees just like that, no public holidays, toxic environment to work, over work, toxic management, they won't approve leaves but they will deduct money from the salary and asks employees to work after the shift is over. One of the worst company and the management should know basics of how an organisation to run. Big joke company 😂

The management is the worst management ever seen especially 4 people in the management is so worst and the HR policies and especially manager in voice process and one senior agent is a dog don't even leave any lady associate who require job and they don't even provide any spl allowances but they mention they are providing allowances in the payslip

Work environment is good as what we give comes back to us ,like if you are good everyone will be good if you are bad everyone will be bad ,so that will be baised on your own behaviour whichever place you are at .and management is cooperative and we can balance our work and life at the same time because the office timings are from 11:30 am to 08:30 pm .and even learned how to manage things like Solving problems,email writing and even talking to the Fee earners directly who are in UK can be a good Add on for our communication,and this helps us in doveloping our skills like communication skills,instant decistion making .

Experience will not be considered in any other office as this is the only process which is used in Vertico BPO Pvt ltd UK.
