Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Only good thing is salary gets paid on time.

Dislikes

The entire company has unqualified people and they treat qualified personnels in a very rude manner. Forget about a peaceful and respectful work environment while working here.

Scope of learning is huge in vertex, We can learn so many things we can visit production house can know the problems Every department is so close they will give their ideas

Dislikes

Company is located in industrial area so times bad smell may come, despite industrial area company inside design office looks better than some IT companies. Top management is very great but when it comes to middle management it is worst.
