Initially it was ok but the owners never stuck to one decision

Dislikes

...oyees. Pure exploitation. Owner itself lied and changed stands every now & then. People were made to forcefully sign on a offer letter with 50 to 75% deduction in salary. With a promise of revision which never happened and today only 3 employees are there rest everyone left. Plus the owner would hire high cost resources irrationally which are not needed.

The concept of selling loans to school was a good one. Salary used to be in time

Dislikes

During pandemic they not only reduced salaries between 50 to 80% but also permanently changed the offer letter as per the reduced salary. Till date after 2 years they have not revised it back. The company doesn’t have enough funds for growth
