The Environment of working is good and companys growth is also good.

Dislikes

Version system is not doing the proper analysis about the employees work. Some.people are doing good performance but credit goes to another person. Also no proper analysis of seniors work

Team mates and employees are good atleast in my team.

Management is bad, you can forget your private life,rules are meaning less and old fasioned, seniors and management gets away with rules, at time of cutting your money all works good, but at time of adding money they have calculation problems,they dont care about employees life or their work, some leaders treat employees bad ,while asking for your leave that you get you need to justify all your personal details that why you need leave even for 30 mins or an hour, you can not go out for 15 mins also even if you are hungry, leaders talk something else with you and tells other to management,buttery relations works in this company, they arrange open house only to show employees that they do this but they only do task which are common and they have to do in general non employee benefit tasks has been done. Late policy and punch in and out money cut are also there but they are in many companies and only 3 lates without any grace period and your half day will be cutted off even for 1 second of your late
