Nice training, team coordination is good, also job security good, have some salary issues but work is good lot of things I learn here. For fresher versatile is good for learning skills.

I like their friendly work environments. My seniors gave good training to me. If I want help my teammates explained me very nicely. I learned their HTML,CSS,Photoshop.

I found one salary issues : Delay in salary.

My team is very best. and every time they supported me. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

The work pressure is very high. and sometimes, I was to work 10-20 hours straight in a day.

Worst experience ever. They hires freshers as interns and make them work like employees. No proper training happens there. And you have to complete your daily targets. Without completing you can't leave the office. Girls even have to stay till 9 PM. They don't care about critical work. They only pressurise you. And the HR is like school teacher. She is monitoring the floor like school monitor. You can't touch your mobile on the floor. You can't even talk with your colleagues other than work talk. She even not allow you to set AC temperature. And your lunch hour is 1 hour. In that you have to finish your lunch in 15 minutes. She even not allow to do breakfast in office. Worst company. They also not giving stipend on time. It's late by 2 months. And this happens always. And the give silly reasons.
