HR policies could be much better. They revolve around top management, no efforts for employee retainment like offer matching. Employee engagement activities are nil.

Job security is no more of Contract base employees..... Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent...

Skilled persons salary less than unskilled politics;if u r on contractual basis even if u r skilled u will b forced to work as labour; disparity in salary with same designation person;for same work if u r contractual ;they can even decrease your salary even after joining eg 30k to 20k;even ur not given same holidays as regular officer for same designatiin if u r contractual in

Poor organizational system. Illiterate BODs. Headed by IAS , purely administrative and not technical. Organization totally runs on pollical interference.
