Working with few managers are hectic on achieving goals ,U might find only couple of them in the entire company. Unfortunately I have faced one in my long career.

Higher education reimbursement and certification reimbursement also provided. Child care for women employees for free of cost and for male employees for half the price.

after organisation changes ,Verizon IT sector outsourced to other companies ,all employees are facing lot of issues..especially on job security

Salary but not benefits, gives opportunity to be part of various forums, company level culture

Dislikes

HR policies on promotions, ratings. HR meeting clearly show escapism from employee concerns. Management culture is mostly misused by biasing, recognitions are not fulfilled equally, always use the name of HR and vice-versa.

Micromanagement , promotion given only to those who remain a yes man for the management. No empathy for employee mental health. And this woke mentality of giving women the promotions and Internal movement even though they aren't not qualified in terms of skills and work ethics
