Very bias company. No respect for new emiyees. Not open to ideas. Full of buttering No quality monutiribgfor my process and no feedback given to emplyees. The process was gone and the employees were laid off. No professionalism. Not open to ideas

Guys if you have time read this carefully before joining this company *Even I did the same mistake *I did got any kind of work pressure here but i can tell there is not job security at all in this company. *But Manger Zaheer sheikh is very humble and very helping in nature moreover he is good human being. *Yes, For short period like 6 months and all you can work over here. overall i can suggest do not join this company

there is job security at all believe me guys. they will give good package but you can terminate with 2 months then what is the use?

...also call it a muslim quota company as there are lot of partiality happens over. There a people who have joint and left the very next week as they were not getting the salary as promise so be aware etc...Good luck if you still wanna jump into a pool of ungrown depressing unenjoyable environment.

Management support to grow and learn but not in monetory terms

HR policies, been layyed off since a month now and they held my last month salary and compensation. Haven't heard from them at all. The management is least bothered.

Worst ever organization that i have worked so far, if there are less work or having package more than 4L/A without proper reason/information they will terminate or will ask employee's tp resign, worst part is HR's doesn't have commonsense, they won't listen employee words, simply they follow TL/Manager guidelines, they will not respect employee issues, special mentioned names should be are "Ankesh Paul (Lafoot HR), Sanket Kothati (Bewakoof team lead), Ekta (B..ch Manager), no value for employee, don't consider this company even as last preference.

Not suitable for the people who are looking for career growth and who want's to work under professional management, No Professionalism at all u can see in this company. not even deserved 1 rating
